Can I Get Samples To Try?

No, we do not. We have researched all the ingredients to ensure they are clean and meet all the green habit values; be kind to people, animals and the earth.

How do I know what product is right for me and my family?
green habit products have been designed to work on all skin types and are suitable for all over the age of 8years, unless otherwise specified on the product.
Are the products pregnancy safe?
Yes, green habit products are safe to use during pregnancy.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do. A $20 freight charge is applied on all International orders. Please note International shipping is not included in our free shipping on orders $75 or over offer. Orders that are designated for international shipping outside of Australia may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and other fees by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees. If the purchaser refuses a shipment, they are responsible for any import fees incurred, cost of returning the shipment and the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise refund.
What is the delivery cost for shipping within Australia?
$10 freight charge is applied to orders for standard shipping on all deliveries within Australia. No freight charge on AU orders valued at $75 or over.

Yes, you will be issued with a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

What do I do if my product is incorrect or damaged in transit?
No, we are completely palm oil free and have spent nearly 3 years developing formulations that don’t contain ANY palm oil or palm oil derived ingredients. It's been a challenge and we are very proud of our innovative green formulations.
Are there any synthetic ingredients, toxins or parabens in the products?
No, green habit formulations are 100% natural.

How Do I update or Cancel My Subscription?
You can change the Quantity and Products you receive, your Delivery Schedule, your Card Details and your Shipping/Billing Address at any time by logging into your green habit account and going to Manange Subscriptions under Account Details. Subscriptions can be cancelled right up until the day before the payment is due to be taken.
What if My Card Declines?
If your card declines due to insufficient funds or it has expired we will send you an email to notify you of this. You can then login to your account and update or change your card and it will automatically be charged once the changes are saved. If the card has declined due to insufficient funds you can ensure the funds are on your card and we will try to charge it again every 6 days for 30days. If the card is still unable to be charge after 30days your subscription will be cancelled.
What payment options can I use with Subscriptions?
You are able to use a credit or debit card with subscriptions. Paypal and Afterpay are not able to be used for subscription purchases.
