Only items purchased on the green habit website can be returned to green habit for refund or exchange. Items purchased in any other store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your green habit purchase then we will give you a 15 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues. You will also need to provide us with your order number.
When returning a product please include your return number and ensure products are in the original packaging. Products need to be sent back to green habit in a post box, not a satchel, with sufficient packaging to ensure the product is not damaged during shipment. If products are returned damaged you may not be eligible for refund.
We recommend that you return the product via registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit.

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method that you originally paid for your order upon receipt of the returned products. Please note that refunds cannot be processed to expired credit cards.The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding freight and any other relevant fees, including Customs or Import fees, if any. Please note, the value of the returned item may change due to any promotions or discounts applied to the order including but not limited to shipping discounts. We will do our best to process returns within 5 business days of receipt and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.
